Julia Hanna’s lifelong love of food and family-driven business practices span more than 40 years in Oakville. As a successful restaurateur and community leader, Julia’s lifelong love affair with food stems from a strong Italian upbringing with the belief that everyone is welcome at the table. She started her first restaurant, Café Galleria in Downtown Oakville in 1983 and has been an active partner and sponsor for charitable initiatives for many years.
Julia’s mission is to educate children, seniors, and families about the benefits of healthy eating through experiential learning programs. These initiatives provide engaging, educational, and inspiring experiences for individuals committed to improving their health and well-being

In the face of the pandemic, we created a new initiative called Ritorno Gives. Ritorno Gives a food security based program that provides ready to eat meals to frontline workers and food-insecure families and individuals.
We love hearing from our community. If you’d like to contribute to our community garden or help FrontLine Workers, drop us a line.
All donations go directly to food costs to create fresh, ready to eat meals for families and communities like the ones shared here:
